Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery only if the item is:
- Damaged or defective upon delivery;
- Incorrectly supplied by Hayz Exclusive; or
- Significantly different from the product description.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging. Certain personal-use, beauty, hygiene, clearance, or specially ordered items may also be non-returnable.
Refunds & Replacements
Where a return is approved, Hayz Exclusive may provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and availability of the item.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method. Delivery and return costs are generally non-refundable, except where the error or damage is attributable to Hayz Exclusive.
Important
Customers should inspect their orders immediately upon delivery and report any issue within 48 hours, preferably with clear photos or videos as evidence.
Hayz Exclusive reserves the right to assess each return request and determine whether it meets the conditions of this policy.
